Crypto wallet design focused on trust, security and accessibility for users with varying levels of experience in the crypto ecosystem.
To offer a comprehensive digital system allowing investors to access their portfolio online, manage their returns and capitalize on their networks.
An online platform accessible from any internet-connected device, with a corporate interface, solid architecture, and quality with security and accessibility as the priority.
For our Bitcoin wallet app, this meant immersing ourselves in the financial, emotional and technological landscape of crypto users. We conducted interviews, contextual inquiries and ethnographic observations to uncover insights about:
How do users perceive the security of digital wallets? What makes them feel in control or vulnerable?
How familiar are they with blockchain, private keys and wallet recovery processes?
Do they use Bitcoin for investment, daily transactions, remittances or anonymity? Each case presents different priorities.
How do users feel during key moments like sending large transactions or recovering lost access?
We used empathy maps, personas and journey mapping to synthesize findings — articulating not just what users say and do, but also what they think and feel.

Low resolution wireframes
Touch-friendly controls: pill-shaped buttons are appropriately sized for fingers, with strong contrast when selected. High contrast between text and background ensures good accessibility.
