To offer a comprehensive digital system allowing investors to access their portfolio online, manage their returns and capitalize on their networks. An online platform accessible from any internet-connected device, with a corporate interface, solid architecture, and quality with security and accessibility as the priority.
We immersed ourselves in the financial, emotional and technological landscape of crypto users. We conducted interviews, contextual inquiries and ethnographic observations to uncover insights about trust concerns, technical literacy, goals, motivations and emotional drivers.
