The main goal was giving the bank users a complete and visually unified experience through our different digital platforms. That is where I come in. A lover of words, a wrangler of copy. Competitive benchmark of 4 similar portals. Remote usability tests with Maze. Interviews with HR and procurement clients. Heuristic evaluation of the existing site.
Finding and impact
Found critical friction in accessing financial reports. Redesigned dashboard with personalized KPIs. Reduced support tickets by 30%.
