Design an end-to-end experience for a unified crypto investment platform — where users could connect any external wallet or exchange via API key, monitor their full portfolio in one place, and access native savings and investment tools without ever moving their assets.
The core design challenge: make a technically complex, high-stakes action — handing over API credentials to real money accounts — feel intuitive, safe, and worth doing.
Before designing a single screen, we mapped the full user journey. A platform this complex demanded clear, intuitive flows — so users always know where they are and what to do next.
We followed a structured process to ensure every design decision on the new strategy design.
Drawing from the innovation team's research, we defined two distinct user profiles and built personas around them — grounding every wireframe decision in real user behavior and needs.
